Preventative oral care is essential for reducing dental disease. ELVPHD’s Smile in Style Program offers preventative oral health services including:

- Oral health education

Services are provided by a Public Health Authorized Dental Hygienist at child care centers, Head Start programs, pre-schools, and schools. The services are provided within the facilities regardless of dental insurance status. Our goal is to prevent tooth decay by getting young children started early with good oral health habits. Smile in Style activities are funded via a grant through an Anonymous Fund of Nebraska Community Foundation.
